Cheryl Sell named Nicolet
Community Representative for Lakeland area

Cheryl Sell

Nicolet College has named Cheryl Sell as the college's Community Representative to serve the Lakeland area and north, including the Mercer, Boulder Junction, Manitowish Waters and Presque Isle areas.

In her role as Community Representative, Sell will serve primarily as a communication conduit, listening to people to learn what they want from the college and also to let them know about the many opportunities Nicolet already offers in the area.

“Nicolet is here to serve all residents in the district,” Sell said. “This is one way the college can continue to build connections and increase communication with the Lakeland area and communities to the north.”

The Nicolet position is part-time. Sell also works part-time as an occupational therapist for CESA 9. She's lived in the Lakeland area for nearly 13 years and is on the board of directors of both the Lakeland Sharing Foundation and the Firebird Foundation.

Sell has a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and is working on a master's degree in administrative leadership for adult education through the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee .

She can be reached by email at csell@nicoletcollege.edu and by phone at (715) 614-9753.
